Stagera Apartment is a relatively recent accommodation (2006). It is a four-bed apartment on the ground floor, clean and comfortable, with a view of the sea and surrounded by a lawn perfect for children to play. It is 175m from the beach. One of the benefits is a guaranteed parking space in the yard. The facility is open all year round, and small pets are welcome.
Accommodation is located under the main road in Polihron, 1.3 km from the center (as well as the nearest market and bakery). The first restaurant is located at a distance of 400m.
The apartment can be reached from two directions - from the highway or on foot, from the road parallel to the beach. You go down the stairs to it, if you are coming from the highway.
The apartment (42m2) has air conditioning, internet signal, TV and hair dryer.
It has a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a toaster, a blender, a kettle and necessary dishes. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a washing machine (use is not charged extra). In the bedroom there is a double bed (the cot cannot fit), while in the living room there are two single beds, which with their backrests look like two couches. There is also the possibility of adding an extra bed.
The guests take care of the hygiene of the units themselves, while the bed linen and towels are changed in the middle of the stay.
There is a shower and a hose in the large, landscaped yard.
