Sun And Stone House is a new and modernly decorated building near the beach in Polikhron. It received its first guests in 2022. It is an ideal place for those who want accommodation near an organized city beach, within easy reach of all amenities.
It is in the immediate vicinity of restaurants and shops and about 100m from the sea.
The accommodation has 9 maisonettes.
Four maisonettes are on two levels. The bedrooms are located in the basement, while the living room, kitchen and dining room are located on the upper ground floor. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. These maisonettes each have two balconies, one of which is equipped with seating.
Five maisonettes are on three levels. The bedrooms are located in the basement and on the first floor, while the living room, kitchen and dining room are located on the upper ground floor. These maisonettes have three balconies, two of which are equipped with seating. The six-bed maisonette has two bedrooms in the basement, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In the room on the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. The eight-bed maisonette in the basement has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds.
The kitchens are equipped, have a plate with two hotplates, a small refrigerator (maisonettes on three levels have two small refrigerators) and a stove.
The bathrooms have showers, and the maisonettes on three levels have two bathrooms.
All maisonettes are air-conditioned, have TV with satellite channels, WiFi internet, safe, hairdryer and mosquito nets.
A baby cot is available on request.
Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days, that is, halfway through the stay, and these services are included in the price.
Parking is possible in the surrounding streets.
Pets are allowed with prior agreement.
