The Sunset Villas complex has 6 fully equipped and recently renovated villas. The villas are in full harmony with the natural beauty of the surroundings, and they are only 30 meters away from the beach, which has been awarded with the blue flag many times. The area has an amazing climate with long sunny days, beautiful sunsets and a clear horizon that sometimes allows guests to see the snowy peaks of the mythical Mount Olympus. The area is also home to the ancient Temple of Poseidon (4th century BC) which indicates the important role that Posidy played in ancient times. Moreover, in the immediate vicinity of the villas, guests can easily reach traditional fish taverns located by the sea, while 20 kilometers away is Kallithea with its famous nightlife. Pool Villa is located on the Kassandra peninsula, near the small town of Posidi, which is characterized by a large number of traditional taverns and cafes with beautifully landscaped gardens. The property, located 1.7 km from the nearest beach and the town center, exudes a warm homely atmosphere and offers peace and privacy, which makes it ideal for a family vacation. There is also a swimming pool in the spacious, beautifully decorated yard, rich in greenery and colorful flowers. The accommodation unit is spread over three levels and is structurally a maisonette, intended for up to ten adults. It has five bedrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen with a dining room and two bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen with a dining room in which there is a sofa for one person. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the third has a bed for one person. There are two bedrooms in the attic. Halkidiki Elegant and Classy Maisonette 2 is located just outside Posidi, in a quiet location with a wonderful view of the turquoise blue sea. This two-story house contains everything you need for a pleasant stay and can host up to seven people, so it is ideal for large families or larger groups. A yard with a lawn and seating is also available to guests. The center of Posidija is 1.5 km away, and the nearest shop, bakery and restaurant are about 1 km away. The sea is 300m away, but the beach in that part is unorganized. The nearest organized beach is near the hotel Possidi Holidays, about 600-700m from the accommodation. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa, two couches for one or two people, a coffee table and a TV. It leads directly to the courtyard. To the left of the living room is the toilet, and to the right is the kitchen (not separated by a door) with a dining table and chairs, stove, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker and all the necessary dishes. A fenced staircase leads to the upper level, where there are two bedrooms with one double bed each and an exit to the terrace with a view of the sea and a bathroom with a bathtub with a curtain and a washing machine. The accommodation does not have air conditioning or internet. The court for tennis and basketball is located about a hundred meters away. They don't have private parking, but there is a parking space in front of the house.
