Villa Amversa is among the most sought-after villas mainly because of its location. It is located a minute from the beach and from all amenities. The accommodation is very clean and well maintained and has very friendly owners, so it is one of the favorites in Potos.
It is located 100 meters from the main intersection of Potos towards the exit of the city and only 30 meters from the beach.
There are two buildings with the same name in the same yard. One closer to the sea and one closer to the street. The objects are divided between the two brothers so that both of them have half of the object. Amversa Villa Nikos Corner is a property owned by an owner named Nikos.
There are studios on the ground floor and on the first floor, they are medium in size and have nice terraces, and the villa also offers one apartment on the ground floor.
All accommodation units contain a double bed, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, wireless internet and a terrace with a view of the sea or the yard.
On the ground floor of the lower house, closer to the sea, there are:
The three-bed studio (number 11) has one double bed of standard dimensions and a single bed with a mattress of dimensions (90x160cm), a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, wireless internet and a terrace with a hedge (jasmine) overlooking the courtyard. The area is 27m2.
Apartment (number 10) consists of two rooms. In the first room there is a living room with a kitchen, one single bed and a folding armchair for one person. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a door and contains a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub. The terrace is in the back part of the yard. The area of the apartment is 36m2.
The four-bed studio (number 12) has one double bed, a single bed and a folding armchair for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, wireless internet and a terrace in the back of the yard. The studio has an area of 32m2.
On the floor of the lower house closer to the sea, there are three studios:
The three-bed studio (number 9) has one double and one single bed (160x90cm), kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, wireless internet, large terrace with a view of the yard. The area of this studio is 25m2.
The four-bed studio has one double bed, a single bed of standard dimensions (160x90cm) and a folding armchair for one person, kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, wireless internet and a terrace with a view of the sea. The area of the studio is 29m2.

The second studio has three beds (number 2) and is equipped with one French bed and one single bed, bathroom, air conditioning, kitchen, TV, wireless internet and a terrace with a view of the sea. Its area is about 25m2.
The third studio has three beds (number 3) for a family of three with a small child. It contains one double bed and one single bed, kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, wireless internet, occupies the western side of the house and has a long, narrow terrace with a view of the city and the sea. Its area is about 20m2.
Bed linen and towels are changed in both facilities every three days, and on that occasion the rooms are completely cleaned and tidied.
Pets are allowed, and you can book a baby cot with the accommodation.
The accommodation has three parking spaces in the courtyard of the villa, and for the others, parking is provided nearby.
When coming from the direction of Limenaria, pass the main intersection and after 100 meters, you will see Amversa house on the right (exactly opposite Villa Francesca).
Amversa Villa Nikos Corner is in one of the best locations, because it is only 30 meters away from the sea and the beach by a path, it is in a quiet place and at the same time a minute or two walk from all amenities in the city (promenade, shops, souvenir shops, amusement park, taverns).
