Accommodation: Ana Villa

Ana Villa is located in the center of Potos. The location is ideal for those who want to be located in the very center of town, close to the beach, and still have peace and quiet. It is a well-maintained facility, with extremely clean accommodation units, most of which have been renovated (new sanitary ware and tiles, new kitchens and furniture, etc.) and with parking for several cars.

The accommodation is located in a quiet alley to the left of the main street (50 meters from the main street), 200 meters from the central intersection, and some 250 meters from the beach.

Tourists have at their disposal 3 four-bed apartments (1 on the upper ground floor and 2 on the first floor), 1 three-bed studio on the first floor and 1 two-bed studio also on the first floor.

The four-bed apartment on the upper ground floor consists of a hallway, bathroom, living room with kitchen and dining room, balcony and bedroom. There is a wardrobe in the hallway and entrances/exits to other rooms. The bathroom is large, with a bathtub, toilet bowl, sink, bidet, window, water heater and hanging cabinet. Within the living room is a kitchen with lots of upper and lower units, with a full size stove (with oven) and a larger fridge, then a round dining table with chairs, a couch that opens into a bed for two and access/exit to the balcony and bedroom. The bedroom has two joined single beds, accompanying furniture, TV and air conditioning. The bedroom does not have an exit to the balcony, but only a window facing the courtyard, and it is separated from the living room by an accordion door. It is beautiful and bright. This apartment gives the impression that you are in a private apartment, because of the larger space, bathtub and bidet in the bathroom, large kitchen, stove and refrigerator.

On the first floor there are two four-bed apartments, of different types, both renovated. In the first apartment, there is a direct entrance to the central room with two joined single beds, the kitchen on the side against the wall and entrance/exit to the bathroom, to another room with two joined single beds and to the balcony. This apartment has two balconies (one next to the central room and one next to the bedroom).

In the second apartment, there is also direct access to a large, central room with a double bed and a sofa that opens into another bed, then the kitchen and access/exit to the room next to it with one single bed (separate accordion door), to the bathroom and to the balcony. In the three-bed studio on the first floor, there are two joined single beds and a sofa that opens, then a kitchen and entrance/exit to the bathroom and to the balcony. It is nice and spacious enough.

In the double studio on the first floor there are two joined single beds, a kitchen and entrances/exits to two balconies and to the bathroom. This studio is slightly smaller and the bathroom does not have a shower, but a tiled shower. Also, unlike other accommodation units on the floor, there is no hair dryer in the bathroom of this studio. However, it could be interesting to many because of the existence of two balconies and exceptional cleanliness.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have TV and internet access.

There is no hair dryer in the apartment on the upper ground floor and the two-bed studio on the first floor.

Towels and bed linen are changed every five days.

Cleaning is also done often, and if necessary, daily, because the owner of the facility pays a lot of attention to cleanliness.

To the side, next to the house, there is a yard, medium in size, with a canopy with intertwined vines and a table and chairs under it. The guests of the villa also have a mobile grill at their disposal.

Around the house, on earthen extensions, there are parking spaces for several cars (as many as there are accommodation units).

Due to its location, the cleanliness of the accommodation units (some have just been renovated), the peace and quiet and the extremely favorable prices, this villa is quite popular in Potos.
