The four-bed apartment (40m2) consists of a bedroom and a living room. In the bedroom there is one double bed narrower than standard, while in the living room there are two single beds. This apartment has one bathroom, balcony, TV and air conditioning, as well as internet. The kitchen is large, well equipped and is located in a separate room with a sofa. The kitchen is not separated by a door. This apartment is suitable for four adults or a family with two children. The five-bed apartment (45m2) consists of two physically separate rooms (a triple and a double room, each with a separate bathroom, two refrigerators, two air conditioners, two televisions and two balconies), and the kitchen is outside the rooms. The owner decided to rent out these two rooms to families of five with three children, so this is a great duplex apartment. It has two French beds that are narrower than standard and one couch. Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen is done every five days. The yard is nicely decorated, surrounded by greenery and has a barbecue. There is no private parking, but since there are only two apartments for rent, you can park right in front of the building. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, at the central intersection near the Luna Park, turn left and drive straight for about 250m.
