Aurora Villa is located in a quiet part of Potos, about 550m from the beach. It offers renovated apartments at affordable prices, some of them facing the sea. It is isolated from noise, and a large parking space is right next to it.
The city beach in Potos is about 550m away, while the smaller beach in front of Villa Papaoikonomou is even closer, at about 450m. The first market is about 200m away.
There are nine renovated apartments on offer. They are suitable for up to four people.
Each apartment (30m2) has air conditioning, television, internet access, renovated bathroom, kitchen and terrace with table and chairs. It consists of two rooms, one of which is a bedroom, and the other has a kitchen and a bed for two more people. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom, and both rooms open onto the terrace. The bathrooms are smaller and have a shower. The kitchens have a refrigerator, one hotplate, an electric coffee pot and an espresso coffee machine, four small and large plates each, a kettle for four people, a pot and a kettle. From the second and third floors there is a view of the sea and the village, while from the first you can see the surroundings and the yard.
There are three apartments on the first floor:
101 - In the bedroom there is a king size bed, 180x200, while in the living room there is a French bed 150x200 for two more people, as well as a table with four chairs and a shelf.
102 - In the bedroom there is a king size bed, 180x200, while in the living room there is a French bed 160x200 for two more people as well as a table with four chairs and a shelf. Only this unit has a bathroom that is not separate for itself, but is located in the bedroom.
103 - In the bedroom there is a king size bed, 180x200 and it is designed for two people only.
There are three more apartments on the second floor:
201 - In the bedroom there is one king size bed 180x200, and in the living room there is one king size bed of the same dimensions and a table with four chairs and a shelf.
202 - In the bedroom there is one king size bed 180x200, and in the living room there is one king size bed of the same dimensions, a table with four chairs and a shelf.
203 - In the bedroom there is one king size bed 180x200, and in the living room there is one king size bed of the same dimensions.
On the third floor there are three more renovated apartments (301, 302, 303), each of which has two king size beds 180x200. Each apartment has a table with four chairs and a shelf.
The bedrooms in apartments 203 and 303 are not busy.
Towels and bed linen are changed every three days.
The courtyard is smaller and paved, with tables and chairs. From the season of 2020, there will be a barbecue in the courtyard, which will be available to guests.
There is a parking space around the villa on the public area.
You will find this accommodation by turning left at the main intersection in Potos (coming from the direction of Limenaria) and then immediately after the EKO pump, turn left again into the first street, and at the end of that street Aurora will be on the left.
If you are looking for a real vacation, in peace and quiet, away from the city crowd and traffic, at a good price, with a view of the sea, this accommodation can be a good choice.
