Studios Doukas is a complex in a quiet location, close to the center of Potos and the beach. It is surrounded by greenery. It is a more modest and very affordable accommodation.
It is located 400 meters from the center of Potos with shops, bakeries, pastry shops, souvenir shops and everything you need, and it is 500 meters from the beach.
Doukas Studios has three floors and consists of comfortable and spacious rooms, which can accommodate 2-5 people. There are five studios and three apartments. Studios (20m2) are distributed on each floor, apartments (30m2) on the first and second floors, and the five-bed apartment is on the first floor. Each room is fully equipped and has a separate kitchen.
The two-bed studio has one double bed, and the three-bed studio has one double and a single bed. An extra bed can be added to some double studios. One three-bed studio has a kitchen on the terrace, which can be an advantage because there is no smell of food in the sleeping area. The studios have a terrace and a view of the yard and the surroundings, and from some you can see the sea in the distance. One studio is on the first, three on the second and one more on the third floor.
The four-bed apartment has one double bed in the bedroom, and another double bed in the living room, kitchen. The exit to the terrace is from both rooms and it also has a view of the surroundings and the yard.
The five-bed apartment contains one double bed for two adults and three single beds for children.
Studios and apartments are air-conditioned, have kitchen, bathroom, TV and free internet access.
Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen, is done every five days.
The accommodation has a private parking lot with a limited number of spaces, and you can also park your car along the street.
Coming to Potos from the direction of Limenaria, turn left at the main intersection towards Theologos, then into the first street on the left. After about 180m turn right and at the end of the street you will see Doukas studios on your left.
