Villa Dusseldorf is located in Potos and its location is quite good considering that you only need 7-8 minutes to walk to all the amenities you need for your vacation, and yet you are removed from the center, so there is no noise and bustle. The villa has enough parking spaces within its large yard both in front and at the back, which is not usual for buildings in Potos.
Accommodation is 400 meters from the central intersection in the direction of Teologos and 500 meters from the city beach.
It is an older, modest, but properly maintained building.
Guests have at their disposal two four-bed apartments (30m2), two two-bed studios (12m2) and two three-bed studios (18m2). All accommodation units are located on the first floor, except for one apartment, which is on the ground floor.
The furniture in all accommodation units is typical, wooden, apartment furniture. The bathrooms generally do not have a shower, but you stand on the tiles while showering, and several studios have completely new and renovated bathrooms. There are curtains in every bathroom. The terraces are either larger, but shared, or separate and narrower. Only the apartments, positioned at the front of the villa, facing the street, on the ground floor and on the first floor, have large, separate terraces.
The double studio has one French bed and a kitchen in the same room. We also offer one double room, with a double bed, but without a kitchen, only with a refrigerator.
The three-bed studio has one double bed and one single bed. The kitchen is part of the same room.
On the ground floor there is one four-bed apartment, which has a double bed and two single beds. The unit has a view of the yard and has two air conditioners. The bathroom is smaller.
The second, larger apartment on the ground floor has a hallway, bathroom and two rooms with entrance/exit to the terrace (one, larger terrace, which belongs only to that apartment) which looks towards the parking lot in the yard and the street and which is level with them. Both bedrooms have a French bed and a TV and air conditioning. The bathroom is newer, with higher-quality sanitary ware and tiles, but without a shower, you shower on the tiles. All in all, all rooms are spacious enough and quite decent.
The second apartment, on the first floor, is very similar, with the exception that the bathroom is a bit older, the kitchen is not within the room, but in the entrance hall of the apartment, and each room has a double bed.
All accommodation units in this villa are air-conditioned, have televisions and wireless internet connection.
Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 to 5 days, depending on the length of stay, and cleaning is done as needed, sometimes daily.
In the yard at the back of the villa there is a large area in the shade, where children can play without fear of cars. There are also tables and chairs and some umbrellas, a brick barbecue and a table for table tennis. The large common terrace on the ground floor has several exits to the yard, so you can sit in the shade, enjoy, have lunch, watch the children while they play, and socialize with other guests. The same terrace exists on the first floor.
Of course, there are parking spaces along the street, next to or opposite the villa.
When coming from the direction of Limenaria, turn left at the main intersection towards the village of Theologos. You will see Dusseldorf on your left after 400 meters.
If you want a more modest and clean accommodation, a few minutes' walk from all facilities, but still outside the biggest crowd in the city, with private parking and a courtyard in the shade, a friendly host, Dusseldorf Villa can be a good choice.
