Franceska Villa is an accommodation in Potos with an excellent location, a spacious yard, a swimming pool and private parking. There is also a restaurant on the ground floor of the accommodation where you can order food. It is located a few minutes' walk from the beach and all facilities.
The accommodation is located in the center of Potos, on the main street next to the church. It is 70 meters from the center and less than 100 meters from the beach.
We offer a total of 10 accommodation units, namely eight studios and two apartments, which are distributed on the first and second floors.
Studios can accommodate 2-4 people, and the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.
The studios have an area of about 20m2. One double studio has a double bed, is located on the second floor and faces the sea, while the other two-bed studio (which also has a double bed) is located on the first floor and faces the street very slightly towards the sea. The three-bed studio has a double bed and a single bed and has a kitchen on the terrace. It is located on the first floor and on the side. It looks towards the street and the yard.
There are six four-bed studios. All have a double bed and two single beds except for one studio (number 8) which has a double bed, one single bed and one single sofa (standard mattress). One of these studios has a kitchen on the terrace. They can look at the street and the sea, the street and the yard or just the yard.
One five-bed apartment (number 3) has a bedroom with three single beds and a living room with one narrower than standard double bed, while the other (number 10) has two single beds in one room, and one narrower double bed and one single bed in the other. There is also a kitchen in the living room. The apartments have access to a very spacious terrace. There are two such apartments in total, one on each floor and both have an area of 25m2.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a kitchen, bathroom, terrace, TV, mosquito nets and WiFi internet.
Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every four days.
The villa was partially renovated in 2015 and a swimming pool was created in the back yard, which guests can use for free. However, it is forbidden for guests to bring their own food and drinks.
This accommodation has a restaurant on the ground floor where you can order from the menu as you wish. This service can also be used by guests of other accommodations.
Tables with chairs are available in the yard, as well as private parking, which is a great advantage and rare for villas located in the center of Potos.
Coming from the direction of Limenaria, continue straight at the central intersection, and you will see the house on the left side of the street, right after the church.
The nearest supermarket is only 50 meters from the accommodation.
