Matinas House is located in a quiet part of Potos, in the south of the island. It is located far from the city noise, and at the same time within walking distance from the center and the beach, which is 950m away. The traditional stone house, decorated in an authentic Greek style, provides the perfect blend of charm and comfort and is especially suitable for families looking for a simple and affordable stay in a relaxed environment.
The one-story house (32m2) can host a maximum of two adults and two children. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people.
There is no internet in this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal a TV, mosquito nets, a hair dryer, a washing machine, as well as an equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, a large oven, a large fridge-freezer, a microwave and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.
Guests have access to a veranda that is equipped with seating and has a view of the yard.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter clean accommodation and take care of their own hygiene during their stay. An additional set of towels and bed linen is available, which guests are responsible for changing.
