Olivia Resort is located in Potos and is an excellent choice for guests looking for luxurious accommodation with a swimming pool and a spacious yard equipped for barbecues and socializing, while a children's playground is provided for the youngest. The accommodation is located in a quiet part of Potos, about 800m from the beach and 700m from the town center.
This accommodation complex consists of five maisonettes and four apartments, and the maximum capacity of each unit is four people. All units are located on the ground floor or on the upper ground floor, which is reached by six steps. Maisonettes (40m²) spread over two levels. On the lower level there is a living room with a kitchen, a sofa bed for two people and a bathroom. On the upper level, which is separated by an accordion door, there is a bedroom with a double bed measuring 160x200. The maisonettes have two terraces and overlook the pool and yard. The apartments (40m²) are equipped in the same way as the maisonettes, with the difference that they are organized on one level. They have a living room with a kitchen in which there is a sofa bed for two people, while the bedroom with a double bed is separated by a door.
All accommodation units are equipped with two air conditioners, two televisions, internet, mosquito nets, a safe and a hair dryer, and guests have an iron and an ironing board at their disposal. The kitchens are fully equipped and include a standard refrigerator, two hotplates, a toaster and a coffee maker. The cleaning of the units, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done daily. Pets are not allowed.
The yard is beautifully landscaped and contains swimming pools for adults and children, umbrellas and sunbeds, as well as a small playground for children. In one part of the yard there is a summer house with a barbecue, table and chairs. The parking lot is private and is located right in front of the entrance to the yard.
In order to reach the accommodation, at the main intersection in Potos you need to turn left towards Theologos and drive for about 600m, until you see a children's playground on the left. Turn right there and after 100m you will see the building on the right. The accommodation is located right next to Petra Houses, opposite Esperia Village.
