Villa Panagiota is an accommodation in Potos, only a few minutes away from the beach and the center. Its location is excellent and it has a parking space sufficient for 5-6 cars, which is not usual for facilities in the center of Potos.
The accommodation is located 200 meters from the central intersection in the direction of Teologos and 250 meters from the city beach.
The villa has a total of three apartments on the ground floor and seven studios distributed on the upper ground floor and first floor, for two, three or four people. They are equipped with classic wooden furniture, they are modest and clean.
The apartments (30m2) are entered from a separate porch at the back of the building, first into a room with a kitchen and a double bed, then through a smaller corridor to the bathroom and another large room with two single beds. These apartments are ideal for families with children, because they open directly onto the narrow lawn behind the house, and are protected from street noise.
The studios are located on the high ground floor and the first floor. On the high ground floor there are two four-bed studios, one of which faces the street and the other faces the courtyard. The third four-bed studio is on the first floor and faces the street. Each four-bed studio (30m2) has one double bed and a couch with a standard drawer bed for the fourth person. On the first floor, there are four studios (22m2), three of which face the courtyard, and one faces the street. Each of them has a double bed, and in the two studios facing the courtyard, a bed of standard dimensions can be added for a third person. They have a long, but slightly narrower balcony.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a kitchen, bathroom, mosquito nets, TV and wireless internet signal.
Cleaning, changing of bed linen and towels is for three days.
A mobile grill is available to guests in the yard.
Supermarket, butcher, liquor, spice, flower shop, EKO gas station, amusement park and tobacconist are in the nearest neighborhood. Of course, there are parking spaces along the street, next to the villa or across from it.
