Panagiota's House is one of the most affordable accommodations in Potos. Located in a quiet part of the village, it offers guests six furnished studios, most of which have a view of a beautifully landscaped yard. Parking is available for guests in a quiet street in front of the villa itself.
The accommodation is located 150 meters from the nearest store and bakery, while the pedestrian area is 300 meters away. The city beach in Potos is 350 meters from the villa.
The accommodation facilities consist of a total of six studios (three double and three triple) distributed in two buildings, while three units are available for booking: studio number 4, studio number 5 and studio number 6 (located in a separate house in the yard). All units are located on the ground floor, while the owners live on the first floor of the main building. The building was renovated in 2022.
In the main building there are two studios at the front of the house facing a quiet street. Both units have one double bed each, and the terraces are not completely fenced. On the side of the building, facing the yard, there is a third double studio with a double bed and a walk-through terrace that is not fenced. Two three-bed studios are located at the back of the house and face the courtyard. Guests of these units have their own patio seating area with a table and chairs in front of their studios. They are equipped with two single beds and an extra bed with a standard mattress.
The last three-bed studio (number 6) is separated and is located in a small house on the other side of the courtyard, overlooking it. This triple unit has one double bed and one single bed. In front of the studio in the courtyard there is a sitting area with a table and chairs. The kitchens in all three three-bed studios have been renovated.
All units are equipped with internet, air conditioning, TV, stove and small fridge, while the bathrooms have a tiled shower area without a bathtub. Only the studio in a separate building on the other side of the courtyard has a large refrigerator.
Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are done every 5 days.
The yard is spacious and is located at the back of the house, between two buildings, and guests have a summerhouse with tables and chairs at their disposal. The street in front of the house has little traffic, which allows guests to park their vehicles there, and there is usually enough space for all the guests of the accommodation.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn left into the street just before the Gkagkos supermarket and continue straight for the next 150 meters. The road turns left and leads directly to the accommodation at the end of the road on the right. This accommodation is an ideal choice for those looking for an affordable arrangement in a quiet location for their vacation.
