Rizos George's Studios is located in the heart of Potos, in an excellent location, just a minute from the beach. We offer three studios with capacity for 4-5 people and one apartment that can accommodate a maximum of seven people. Hygiene in the facility is at a high level. The accommodation is 130m from the beach, the nearest supermarket is 30m away, while taverns and restaurants are about a hundred meters away.
Rizos studios and Rizos George's studios are located in the same building, and the units named Rizos George's are located on the second floor. We offer one seven-bed apartment and three studios suitable for families or groups of friends.
The seven-bed apartment (about 35m2) consists of two physically separate rooms: a bedroom with a large balcony overlooking the promenade and a living room with an equipped kitchen that includes a large refrigerator and oven. Another smaller refrigerator is located in the bedroom where there are two double beds, while in the living room there is one double bed, one single bed and a sofa bed for two people. The terrace extends the entire length of the apartment with direct access from both rooms.
The three studios are arranged so that one overlooks the main promenade in front of the house, while the other two overlook the inner courtyard and the small garden that the owners have arranged and where there is a barbecue available to guests. Studios number 1 and 2, facing the rear, have separate terraces that are not physically separated by a wall.
Studios number 2 and 3 have four beds (about 25m2) and contain two double beds each. Studio number 1 can accommodate up to five people because it has two double beds and one single bed. The bathrooms in all units are new and renovated, and the kitchens are well equipped. The equipment in the studios is the same as in the apartment, with the exception that there is a large refrigerator only in the apartment. Studios number 1 and 2 have two stoves in the kitchen, while apartment number 4 and studio number 3 have a stove and a stove.
All accommodation units have TV, air conditioning, balcony, modern bathroom, internet signal and kitchen. The yard is smaller and has a seating area. The building has a private parking lot, which is not located within the villa, but at a distance of about 200m.
Coming from the direction of Limenaria, just before the central intersection and the amusement park, turn into the street that leads to the right from the main road, where Rizos George's Studios is on the right. This accommodation is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to be close to the beach and all the amenities in the place.
