Villa Vasiliki is located in the center of Potos, just a step away from all the happenings, and since it is located in a secluded street, it is isolated from noise. It is a modest but very affordable and clean accommodation.
The accommodation is literally 10 meters from the promenade, shops, souvenir shops and everything that Potos has to offer. It is less than 100 meters away from the city beach.
The house is small and has four units, namely three apartments and one studio. On the first floor there are two four-bed apartments (on the side) and one studio in the middle.
On the ground floor there is a five-bed apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. In one room there is a double bed, which is narrower than a standard bed, and one single bed. In the second bedroom there is one double bed which is narrower than standard and one couch for one person. Each room has an air conditioner. The living room has a kitchen, a large fridge, a TV and a couch. This apartment has two bathrooms. One is inside the apartment, while the other is outside.
The four-bed apartments on the first floor consist of two rooms. The size is 28m2.
In one apartment in the first room there are two separate beds and a kitchen. There is an air conditioner in the same room. The apartment also has a bedroom with two separate single beds.
The second apartment has one single bed and couch in one room, two single beds in the other, while the kitchen is separate and has a separate entrance. The apartments have beautiful verandas in flowers. All apartments are ideal for couples with small children.
The studio has three single beds and a sofa bed and they are all in the same room where the kitchen is located. It has about 20m2.
All accommodation units have air conditioning and TV, veranda or terrace, mosquito nets, bathroom and wireless internet.
The house is of older construction (partially renovated in 2014).
Cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed every five days.
The yard is small but clean and full of flowers and shade.
Private parking is not provided. There is only one parking space in front of the entrance to the building.
When coming from the direction of Limenaria, turn right after the central intersection into the first alley on the right (20m from the central intersection, right behind the taxi station). The street is a dead end, and the house is on the right.
The advantage of Vasiliki Villa is that it is close to the beach. The bakery is 30 meters away and the supermarket is right next door.
If you don't want luxury but want a good location and proximity to the beach, Vasiliki Villa can be a good choice for you.
