Aeri Luxury Villas is located in Prinos, on the road to Kazaviti. It has a beautiful view of the sea and the place itself. Maisonettes are modernly decorated and fully equipped. The terraces are spacious. Guests can find a parking space in front of the villa.
The building was built in 2016 and consists of two maisonettes. The villa is about 3 km from the nearest beach Dasilio, and about 400 m from the nearest store in the center of Prinos.
The larger maisonette (130m2) is designed for seven people. On the upper floor there is a modern kitchen with a large refrigerator and stove, a living room with a corner sofa, a bathroom and one bedroom with a double bed. The living room opens onto a large terrace with a breathtaking view. On the ground floor there is a small terrace, a second bathroom with a shower cabin and a washing machine, as well as two bedrooms with bunk beds and a French bed.
The smaller maisonette (75m2) is designed for four people. On the upper floor there is one bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed, while on the ground floor there is a living room with a corner sofa, a kitchen with a large fridge and stove, a terrace and another bathroom with a washing machine.
Cleaning is daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days.
There are parking spaces on the street in front of the villa.
Coming from the direction of Limenas, turn left at the main intersection and drive towards Casaviti for another 500m. Turn sharply left again and follow the road (another 450m) to reach Aeri Luxury Villas.
