Description of accommodation
Marthas Stone Houses is located in Psakudia, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, 700m from the sandy beach. Comfortable accommodation built of stone, surrounded by nature and a beautifully landscaped yard, creates a perfect environment for relaxation and enjoyment.
We offer four accommodation units.
Two apartments are located on the first floor and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child. They consist of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for one person.
The other two apartments are located in such a way that one is located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, and can accommodate a maximum of four adults and one child. They consist of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the second bedroom there are two single beds, while in the living room there is a sofa for one person.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, all units have a TV, WiFi internet, hair dryer, as well as an equipped kitchen with two or three hotplates, a small or large oven, a large refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker.
From the veranda or balcony, equipped with seating, guests can enjoy a pleasant view of the beautifully landscaped yard
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter clean accommodation and take care of their own hygiene during their stay, while a replacement set of bed linen and towels is not provided.
Guests are provided with a private parking space in front of the accommodation itself.
