Melissa Gold Coast Hotel in Psakudia can be an excellent choice for anyone looking for comfort, as well as close proximity to the beach and the city center. The hotel has a private pool, air-conditioned rooms, wireless internet and a beautiful and safe yard.
The hotel consists of four buildings, and in addition there is another annex building which is 400m away from the main building. The main building of the hotel is 150m away from the sea, shops and all facilities in Psakudia.
It has a total of 49 accommodation units, two-bed, three-bed, four-bed, five-bed and six-bed. On the ground floor there is a double room for people with special needs and all family four-bed apartments, while standard two-bed rooms, standard three-bed studios and superior five-bed apartments, as well as a six-bed apartment are located on the ground floor, on the first and second floors.
The double room for people with special needs has one double bed. Standard double rooms have one French or two single beds and a sofa. Standard three-bed studios have one French and one single bed or three single beds. Family four-bed apartments can have the following combinations of beds: two double beds, four single beds or one double and two single beds. Superior five-bed apartments have three single beds and a sofa for two people. The six-bed Deluxe apartment has a fan bed and two sofas for two people.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a spacious terrace, TV, hair dryer and internet (which may vary in some rooms), and the bathroom has a shower and a curtain. Studios and apartments have a kitchenette (refrigerator, stove, kettle, sink and dishes), while the rooms do not have a stove, but have a fridge, stove and dishes. Towels and bed linen are changed every three days, while the accommodation units are inspected and cleaned daily.
The reception is open 14 hours a day, and the friendly staff are always at the guests' service. The hotel has a bar, a swimming pool and a fenced and secure yard. The bar has umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach that guests can use with their drinks. You can park your car under the trees opposite the hotel (the area is not paved). Also, once you go through the parking lot, you come to a path that takes you down to the beach, past the soccer field and through the bar, so you don't have to go around.

If you reach the hotel by passing through the town, after entering Psakudia, after a short drive, you will see the Cronwell Resort Sermilia hotel on the left. Turn into the narrow street on the right side of the hotel, continue straight, then turn left and after about a hundred meters of gentle ascent, you will see the hotel in the pine forest on the right.
