Paschalia Apartments are located in the first row to the sea in Psakudia, in a quiet and safe location. The facility offers studios for two to three people and apartments for three to four people, and some units offer a view of the sea. The accommodation is 140m from the sandy beach, 450m from the center of Psakudija with taverns and shops, while the Masoutis supermarket is 800m away.

The first level is in the basement, with an entrance seven steps below ground level, the second level is a high ground floor (seven steps above ground level), and there is also a second floor. The reception is located on the first floor. There are two double rooms on the first floor, eight three-bed studios, one three-bed and one four-bed apartment.
Two-bed studios have one double bed, while three-bed studios have one double bed and one single bed, which is slightly lower but with a standard mattress. The kitchens in the studios are equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove, an electric kettle and the necessary dishes. The bathrooms have a shower with a curtain. The three-bed apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the living room with kitchen. The four-bed apartment has a double bed in the bedroom, while there are two single beds in the living room with kitchen. The kitchens in the apartments are also equipped with a refrigerator with a chamber, a stove, a cooker and dishes.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, wireless internet and a private terrace with seating. Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through a stay of ten nights, while for shorter stays it is done by agreement with the owners.
The yard in front of the building is paved and fenced, and guests have access to a barbecue, a shower and a summer house. The building does not have a private parking lot, but there is always enough parking space in front of the yard. The accommodation is reached by following the main street in Psakudia; after the Cronwell Resort hotel, turn onto the road that leads to the beach and after 330m drive, the facility is on the left.
