Description of accommodation
The Stone House is a two-story luxury building at the entrance to Psakudia. The kind and accommodating owners have furnished the house with quality furniture and down to the smallest detail with a lot of style and love. Guests in this accommodation can expect comfort, luxury and pleasant ambience, as well as a precious sense of privacy because they will have the whole house to themselves.
The Stone House (110m2) is located about 750m from the well-groomed sandy beach, where it is also the center of the town with its modest offer in the form of several taverns, fast food restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as souvenir and general merchandise shops. Two large supermarkets are located in the immediate vicinity - Marinopoulos is across the street, while Masutis is 500m away.
The house is air-conditioned, has WiFi internet and can host up to ten people.
On the first level there are two bedrooms, in the first there is a double bed and a wardrobe, while in the second there is a double bed, a sofa and a wardrobe. There is also a large bathroom with a bathtub, hair dryer, washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron for clothes. On the second floor, there is a spacious and tastefully decorated living room with a fireplace, corner furniture and a large TV, which also includes a dining room with a dining table and a baby feeder, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and many utensils and dishes necessary for preparing meals. The living room opens onto a glazed terrace where there are two pull-out sofas, as well as a piano that will delight connoisseurs and music lovers. The glass-enclosed area leads to a spacious, open but covered balcony with a view of the open sea, seating and a clothes dryer. On this floor there is another bathroom with a hydromassage shower, and wooden stairs lead to the gallery in the attic where one French and two single mattresses are placed.
Guests have at their disposal a small yard in the form of a space in front of the house, a brick barbecue and a parking space in the shade of trees.
Driving on the highway, it is best to miss the first turn for Psakoudia and turn right at the next, large and well-marked turn after the large Marinopoulos supermarket.
