Villa Emilia is located opposite one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the island - Psili Ammos. It is a nice villa that offers studios and apartments, some of which have a beautiful view of the sea. There is a children's playground in the yard as well as a parking lot.
Psili Ammos beach is located right across the street and is 50m away from the accommodation.
The villa is well preserved, not new and has a total of six studios and one apartment. Accommodation units are equipped with classic wooden furniture. There are two-bed, three-bed and four-bed studios and one four-bed apartment.
Number 1 is a 4 bed studio (20m2) and has one double bed and bunk beds. It is located on the high ground floor. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The terrace is separate and has a view of the yard.
Number 2 is a 4 bed studio (15m2), located on the ground floor and has a double bed and a sofa bed that can sleep two smaller children. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. In front of the entrance, they have a sitting area with a table and chairs and a view of the courtyard.
Number 3 is a 3 bed studio (18m2), located on the first floor and has one French bed narrower than standard and one single bed. It has a separate terrace with a sea view. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.
Number 4 is a 4 bed studio (20m2), located on the first floor and has one double bed and bunk beds. It has a separate terrace with a sea view. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.
Number 5 and number 6 are both 3 bed studios (15m2), located on the high ground floor and have a common terrace. Number 5 has a view of the courtyard, while number 6 has a partial view of the sea. Each has one double bed and one single bed. The bathroom is smaller and has a shower with a curtain.
Number 7 is a 4 bed apartment (25m2), located on the first floor and has a narrow terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and Psili Ammos beach. The bedroom has a double bed and exit to the terrace. In the living room there is a kitchen and a sofa bed for two people, as well as an exit to the terrace. An extra bed for the fifth person can be added there. The kitchen is well equipped, with a large fridge and a small oven. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.
The furniture in the apartment is new and modern, and the apartment is spacious and ideal for families with children. The terrace offers a beautiful view of Psili Ammos beach.
All studios and apartments have a kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets and terraces, and most have a view of the sea. Internet access is available.
Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels is done every three days.
In the yard there are several toys for children, a swing and a grill available to guests.
The parking lot is located within the yard.
You will reach the accommodation by continuing on the highway from Potos for another 5 km and you will come across Psili Ammos beach. After the Batis restaurant you will see a small market and next to it a turn for Emilia's house, which is right behind it.
The biggest advantage of the accommodation is that it is located opposite the beautiful beach of Psili Ammos, ideal both for children because of the fine sand, and for adults because of the music and young visitors. Potos is only 5 km away, so all the facilities it offers are easily accessible. It is about 800m from the center of Astris and there is the first large market.
In front of the villa there is a grocery store for basic needs, and there are two restaurants on the beach and next to the villa.
