Mathios Cottages are located near the beach of Psili Ammos, at a distance of about 250 meters. It is a modest accommodation with wooden furniture, surrounded by olive groves and isolated from traffic. The beach of Psili Ammos is decorated, has umbrellas and sunbeds that can be used with an ordered drink, as well as a bar and a restaurant. The nearest supermarket is located in Astris at a distance of 1 km, while Potos is 5 km away.
There are two buildings in the spacious yard. The first bungalow, with an area of 60 m2, consists of two studios. The three-bed studio occupies 30 m2 and has three single beds, with the possibility of adding one extra bed. The four-bed studio also has 30 m2 and is equipped with one double bed and two single beds. Both units have a kitchen, air conditioning, TV and a very spacious balcony. The second bungalow, with an area of 50 m2, is an apartment consisting of two rooms. The bedroom has a double bed and one single bed, while the living room contains a kitchen and three more single beds. This bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a large terrace with seating.
All accommodation units have a kitchen, bathroom, balcony, mosquito nets, TV and air conditioning. Internet access is not available. Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are done every fourth day. The yard is fenced, has a lockable gate, is full of olive trees and contains a barbecue with tables and chairs. A parking space is provided inside the yard, and the car can be parked near the bungalow itself.
The accommodation is reached by a narrow unpaved road that leads to the left from the main road near Psili Ammos beach, about 300 meters long. The location offers a peaceful vacation, and Potos with its shops, restaurants, taverns and promenade is a five-minute drive away. Smaller purchases can be made at the shop on Psili Ammos beach itself or at Astris, a five-minute drive away. The accommodation is suitable for guests who are not looking for luxury, but for a peaceful vacation near a sandy beach.
