If you are looking for quality accommodation near the fantastic beach of Thessaloniki, Akti-S Resort is an excellent choice for you. Built in a beautiful yard, close to the beach, it offers its guests everything necessary for a quiet family vacation, far from noisy resorts.
The accommodation is located about 180m from the beach of Thessaloniki. It is about 9 km from the village of Agios Nikolaos, but every morning a van with fresh bread and pastries from the bakery passes by the accommodation. The village of Metagici is 4 km away, and the fishing village of Pirgadikija, where guests can try traditional specialties and fresh fish, is 6 km away. Akti-S Apartments and Suites are located in the same building, but they are owned by different owners.
Akti-S Resort was built in 2012, has seven accommodation units and is located in a spacious yard with private parking, barbecue and a small playground for children.
Three five-bed apartments (35m2) are located on the ground floor, have a terrace (15m2) with a parasol, one double bed in the room with the kitchen and one double bed and a sofa for one person in the bedroom.
Of the four three-bed apartments (23m2), two are located on the first and two on the second floor. They have one double bed in the bedroom, a sofa in the room with the kitchen and a terrace (4m2) with a parasol.
The five-bed apartment with two bedrooms (40m2) is located on the first floor and has a double bed in one bedroom, while the second bedroom has a double bed and a sofa.
The five-bed and two three-bed apartments have large refrigerators, while the two three-bed apartments have smaller refrigerators with a freezer compartment. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have mosquito nets, internet, TV and equipped kitchen with oven. In each bathroom there is a shower area with a curtain and a hair dryer, while in agreement with the owner you can also use a shared washing machine. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
Pets are allowed upon request and in agreement with the owner.
The yard is spacious and fenced, with enough parking space. There is a covered summer house with a barbecue, chairs and a table to enjoy.
You will reach the accommodation by driving the road that leads to Agios Nikolaos, when you turn off the highway from the direction of Nikiti. 220m before you reach the beach, you will see accommodation on the right.
