Mantzanas Apartments is accommodation on the beach of Thessaloniki, awarded with the Blue Flag, only 20m from the sand and the sea. This accommodation is an excellent choice for anyone who wants a quiet holiday away from noisy resorts, on a beach where there is no crowd even in the peak season.
Considering that this beach is far from the hustle and bustle of tourist places, the nearest larger market, bars and restaurants are about 9 km away in the village of Agios Nikolaos, and a van with fresh pastries and bread passes by the house every morning. The village of Metagici is 4 km away, and the fishing village of Pirgadikija, where guests can try traditional specialties and fresh fish, is 6 km away.
There are six apartments and studios on offer.
Apartments number 1 and 2 (40-45m2) are located on the ground floor and have a balcony (3-4m2) at the courtyard level. Apartment number 1 has a separate bedroom with one French and one single bed, as well as a living room with a kitchen and bunk beds. Apartment number 2 has a separate bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a kitchen and one double bed and one single bed each.
Studios number 3 and 4 are located on the ground floor and have access to the courtyard. Studio number 3 (25m2) has five beds and has two double beds and one single bed, while studio number 4 (20m2) has three beds and has one double bed and one single bed.
Apartment no. 5 (40m2) is on the first floor at the back of the building. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a kitchen and another double bed.
Apartment no. 6 (60m2) is located on the second floor and has two terraces (front and back) with an excellent view of the sea. It has a separate bedroom with one double bed, another double bed in another room that is not separated by a door, and in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people.
Apartments and studios have internet, air conditioning, TV, kitchen with mini-stove with oven, bathroom with shower and curtain, refrigerator with freezer compartment (except in three-bed studio number 4), mosquito nets and balcony. A washing machine is also available to guests at no extra charge. Towels and bed linen are changed every 3-4 days.
The yard is beautifully landscaped and full of greenery, with palm trees and rich tree tops. Guests have at their disposal a summer house, barbecue, tables and chairs, as well as swings and a small slide for the youngest. There is no private parking, but you can park in front of the accommodation.
You will reach the accommodation by following the road to Agios Nikolaos, once you turn off the highway. When you reach the sea, you will drive another 1 km next to the beach and you will see accommodation on the left.
We would recommend this accommodation to families who want to rest and get away from the noise, because the place is really quiet, and the owners are kind and hospitable.
