Description of accommodation
On the north-eastern coast of Sithonia, in the immediate vicinity of the central part of the spacious beach of Thessaloniki awarded with the Blue Flag, there is accommodation Sanni Apartments. It is a neat building in a quiet location, which offers renovated studios and apartments equipped with new furniture.
The sandy-pebble beach is about 300m away, the sea is clear and there is plenty of space for visitors with their own equipment, but there are also several beach bars with sunbeds and umbrellas. There are almost no tourist offers in Thessaloniki, but in the immediate vicinity there are quite lively traditional villages Metagici (5km), Pyrgadikia (7km), as well as Agios Nikolaos (9km). Every morning, a van with fresh bread and pastries from the bakery passes by the accommodation.
Sanni Apartments has a total of six accommodation units for rent - two well-maintained on the ground floor, and two brand new ones each on the first and second floors.
On the ground floor (five steps below the level of the courtyard) there are two studios, one of which (about 15m2) has a double bed with a drawer and can accommodate two adults and one child (maximum age up to 12 years), while the second studio is slightly smaller (about 12.5m2), intended for a maximum of two people and has a standard double bed. The kitchens of the studios are equipped with a mini-stove with an oven and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, the bathroom has a shower, and in front of the entrance there are verandas equipped with seating.
On the first floor there are two identically equipped four-bed apartments (about 32m2) consisting of a living room with a kitchen and two single beds, as well as a separate bedroom with a French bed. The kitchens of the apartments are equipped with a mini-stove with an oven and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, the bathroom has a shower, and both rooms have exits to the balcony.
On the second floor there are two identically furnished maisonettes (about 75m2) that can host up to six people. The maisonettes consist of a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed, a gallery (to which wooden stairs lead) with a French bed slightly narrower than standard, and a separate bedroom with two joined single beds. The maisonette kitchens are equipped with a large fridge with freezer and a large stove with an oven, the bathrooms have a shower, and both rooms have exits to the balcony with a side view of the sea in the distance.
All accommodation units have WiFi internet, TV and air conditioning, mosquito nets, blinds, hair dryer and kettle. A cot is available on request, and pets are allowed with prior agreement with the owners. There are two shared washing machines in the accommodation, the use of which is possible for an additional fee.
Bed linen and towels are changed after three nights, and guests take care of the hygiene of the accommodation unit themselves, for which the necessary funds are provided (although there is also the possibility of arranging cleaning for an additional fee).
In the spacious fenced yard there is a barbecue and a covered summer house, and there is enough space for parking the cars of all the guests of the accommodation.
You will reach the property by following the road to Agios Nikolaos, when you turn off the highway.
If you are looking for a decent and clean accommodation close to the beach where there is almost never a crowd, for a quiet vacation away from the eyes of mass tourism - Sanni Apartments could be a good choice.
