Alkyonis Apartments is a new accommodation not far from the sandy beach and the center of Amuljania. We offer clean, comfortable and modern studios with beautiful sea views, for 4-6 people, which exude the hospitality of friendly owners. Just 1.5 km from the property is one of the most popular beaches on the island, Alikes, so this is an additional reason why this accommodation is popular. Small pets are also welcome. The center is about five minutes walk, while all the necessary facilities are located at 100-150m, sandy beach, market and restaurant are at 100m, and bakery at 150m. We offer five studios (30m2), one of which is on the ground floor, while the others are upstairs. The studio on the ground floor has one double bed and two sofa beds, so it is suitable for six people. This studio has a fenced veranda and small steps on the inside. The upstairs studios have one double bed and a sofa bed, so they are suitable for four adults (there is a possibility of a fifth person for an extra charge). The kitchens are fully equipped, have a stove, large refrigerator, microwave and electric kettle. The bathroom has a shower. The studios are air conditioned, have internet access, TV, mosquito nets, safe, hairdryer and terrace. Tendu has only a studio on the ground floor. Use of the washing machine is possible at an additional cost. Umbrellas and deck chairs are available from the owner upon request. Towels and bed linen are changed every three days, while cleaning is done daily. The building has a small fenced yard, in which, in addition to barbecue, there are several children's toys and a fountain with a hose. Private parking is not available, so guests park nearby. Grands' House is a newer building, located not far from the sandy beach in Jerisos. It has eight clean and comfortable apartments, capacity up to four people. The accommodation has a small and fenced yard, with landscaped lawn, summer house and barbecue, which makes it a great choice for a family vacation. The house is 150m away from the beach. The nearest market is at a distance of 50m, while the bakery is at 20m. The center is about 350m away, and the nearest restaurant about 100m. The apartments are located on the ground floor (25m2) and on the first floor (27-28m2). The owners live on the second floor. All units are air conditioned and have internet access, TV, terrace / veranda with hairdryer and mosquito nets. There is a fountain with a hose in each corner of the house. A shared washing machine is also available to guests. The kitchens are equipped, have a stove with two hobs and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower (except for one apartment, which has an unfenced shower). Pets are allowed with a mandatory request. It is located in a large, grassy, fenced yard and one of the more affordable accommodations is ideal for undemanding guests. Magda Rooms is a ground floor house in Sikia, 200m from the beach. The beach is long and wide, it is suitable for children, because the sand is fine, the sea is shallow and clean, and there is mostly no crowds. Every morning, a van with bakery products passes by the house, a supermarket is about 500m away, and a pizzeria and restaurant are close by. We offer four studios with one French (smaller dimensions) and a single bed, with the possibility of inserting an extra bed.
