Akis House New is a newly built accommodation facility located in a quiet location in Sarti. It is a great choice if you want to have a quality rest, and very clean and tidy rooms equipped with new furniture are just one more reason to decide to stay here. Guests have the option of using the swimming pools located within Katerina's Resort or Michalis House accommodation, which are only a 2-minute walk away.
The accommodation is located above the highway, at a distance of about 550m from the town's sandy beach. The center of Sartija, which is known for its rich and diverse tourist offer (where you will find everything you need from shops, taverns, cafes, bars, restaurants...) is about 1 km away.
Offered for rent are three four-bed studios, located on the first floor.
The studios are equipped with one double bed and bunk beds. All accommodation units have air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, kitchen, bathroom, as well as a balcony with a view of the vineyard. In the kitchens there is an induction hob, a large fridge with a freezer, as well as all the necessary dishes. The bathrooms have a glass shower cabin. Baby cots are also available to guests upon prior request. Change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is halfway through the stay.
A parking space is provided in front of the facility for all guests of the accommodation. According to the mutual agreement between the owners of the villas Akis House and Michalis House (a facility located across the road), guests have the opportunity to stay in the courtyard of that accommodation, which is fenced, has a summer house, and a lot of toys for children. You can also use the grill.
If you are coming from the direction of the Vourvourou resort, the easiest way to get to the accommodation is if after entering Sarti from the main road, turn right into the fourth street (which is unpaved) and after passing Katerina's Resort, continue straight for another 100m.
