Accommodation Athina Dimitris Sofia Apartments is located about 100m from the beautiful sandy beach of Platania next to Sarti. The center of Sartija with taverns, markets and bakeries is located about 2.5 km from the accommodation.

It consists of two buildings located in a very spacious yard.

In the first building, there are two four-bed studios (25-30m2) that have a separate bedroom with one double bed and two single beds. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with utensils for preparing meals, and there is also a dining table. Both have a nice veranda with a view of the courtyard, and are located on the high ground floor.

The second building is a little above and consists of four three-bed studios (20-25m2) on the ground floor, each with one double bed and one single bed. The kitchens are equipped and completely renovated, and the bathrooms are a little older. Each studio has a nice veranda with a table and chairs.

Accommodation units in both facilities have a TV, bathroom, balcony and equipped kitchen (stove, small fridge), as well as mosquito nets on the windows. They do not have air conditioning, because the owners think that it is not necessary since they are on the ground floor, and the accommodation units are pleasant and fresh.

The accommodation is very clean and tidy, although it is somewhat older. Upon arrival, guests enter a clean and tidy accommodation, they receive new towels and bed linen for 3-4 days, and change and clean them themselves. The owners do not enter the studios and trailer during the guests' stay.

The complex is fenced and secure, and the yard is spacious, with seating and enough parking space in the shade. Guests have at their disposal two brick barbecues, a kitchen and a brick oven, wireless internet, two showers and a dozen deckchairs, and a small part of the yard in the shade is suitable for children and has plenty of toys.

Platania beach is sandy, with a gradual depth. Part of it is decorated, and a large part is available to visitors with their own equipment. The advantage of this beach is that it is never crowded. The center of Sartija is about 2.5 km away, so it is relatively close for evening walks. Nearby are the famous Orange and Mega Portokali beaches (7km), as well as Klimataria, Tigania, Valti, Agridia, Turkolimnionas and many others.

If you are traveling from the north on the main road Sarti-Siki, after exiting Sarti you will turn left on the dirt road to Platania beach. You will drive straight on that road for about 200m, and then you will see this accommodation on your right.

This accommodation would be a good choice for undemanding guests for whom proximity to the beach is imperative and who want to spend their vacation in a peaceful place.
