Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped yard, with plenty of toys for children, Villa Doxa offers an unforgettable vacation to families who decide to visit Sarti. There is a private parking lot, and the yard is fenced, so parents can barbecue without worry, while the children play.
This unusual villa is located on the highway, about 250m from the beach. The first market is 350m from the villa, and the town center is 750m away.
It consists of two three-bed studios and one five-bed apartment on the ground floor, two two-bed, one four-bed, one ordinary three-bed and two luxury three-bed studios on the first and second floors.
Three-bed studios in the basement have a double bed and a folding armchair. The five-bed apartment has a double bed in the bedroom, and two sofas in the room with the kitchen, one of which can be folded out. The two-bed studios have a double bed, the three-bed studios (both regular and luxury) have a double and single bed, and the four-bed studios have a double bed and bunk beds.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, internet, hairdryer, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Kitchens are poorly equipped for cooking, only light meals can be prepared, without frying. They have a stove, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and a small fridge. Only in the apartment is the fridge big. All bathrooms have an enclosed shower with a curtain. There is a seating set and a parasol on the terraces, they have a view of the sea or the yard. Only the luxury studios have two terraces, one walk-through with curtains and the other private with a parasol. Change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, are done every two days. It is possible to use the laundry service for an additional fee.
The yard surrounding the house is fenced, spacious, decorated with taste and full of greenery and flowers. In the front part there are summer houses, a barbecue and toys for children, and the back part is a parking lot. On the top floor of the house there is a terrace with two sets of seats that can be used by all guests.
Villa Doxa is easy to find because it is located on the main road in Sarti. From the direction of Vourvourou, it is on the right, just after the Vamvinis Hotel. It is clearly marked, so it is impossible to miss it.
The friendly owners have made an effort to transform the villa into a short-term home for their guests, so this is an accommodation that you will certainly not be disappointed in!
