Eleftheria House is located in the very center of Sarti, only about 110 meters from the beach. This accommodation is suitable for guests who are not looking for luxury, but want to be close to the beach, shops and taverns.
All facilities are close at hand - the nearest supermarket is about 50 meters away, while the bakery is right next to the building.
The house was last renovated in 2007 and has eight studios, located on the ground floor and on the first floor. The studios are two-bed, three-bed and four-bed.
Four two-bed studios with an area of about 18 m² have one double bed. Two are located on the ground floor, while the other two are located on the first floor, on the side of the building. Two three-bed studios of about 35 m² have one double and one single bed. Both are located on the ground floor, one on the front and the other on the side of the house, and in one of them it is possible to add an extra bed. Two four-bed studios of about 40 m² have one double and two single beds. They are located on the first floor, one on the side and the other on the front of the building.
The studios are air-conditioned and equipped with wireless internet, a TV and a kitchen with hot plates, an electric kettle and a small fridge with a freezer compartment. The studios do not have mosquito nets. With prior agreement with the owners, guests can use a baby cot, a hair dryer and the possibility of using a washing machine. The bathrooms have a smaller bathtub with a curtain. The private balconies are equipped with a table and chairs, as well as a small clothes dryer. Studios at the front of the house have slightly larger balconies than those at the side.
The facility does not have private parking, so guests can park their vehicles on the street near the accommodation. The house does not have a yard, but in front of the building there is a small veranda with a table and chairs for sitting.
The accommodation can be reached by turning off the main road at the Fact club, then entering the first street on the left, then turning right into the second street and after about 40 meters the house is on the right.
