The location of Gianna's house is fantastic, because it is in the old part where all the contents of Sarti are concentrated, yet in a quiet place. It is only 30 meters away from the sandy beach. It is ideal for couples.
Gianna House is located near the end of the old part of Sarti, in the second row from the beach. The sandy beach is divided into several parts by rocky headlands, and it is only separated from the house by a road and one building. The nearest supermarket, as well as bars and taverns are located 50m away.
Accommodation consists of two four-bed and four two-bed studios. All are located on the first floor, except for one four-bed room on the ground floor.
Four-bed studios (about 25m2) have one double bed and bunk beds. The studios face the sea. Two-bed studios (about 20m2) have one French or two single beds. Studios (no. 1 and 3) have a view of the courtyard, and studios (no. 2 and 4) have a side view of the sea. All double studios have a double bed.
Studios have a balcony with awnings or parasol, kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, TV, internet and mosquito nets. The kitchen has a stove and a small refrigerator. All bathrooms are renovated and have a shower with a curtain. Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay. A hairdryer can be obtained from the owner when needed.
The accommodation does not have its own yard, nor does it have a parking lot. It is possible to park right next to the house, under the children's playground.
Coming from the direction of Vourvour, turn into the second street on the left after entering Sarti. Continue straight along that street until the end of it, then turn left and after about 100m you will see Gianna's house on the left. Since the center is closed in the evening due to the promenade, it is safer to turn left into the fourth street, next to the Fact club, and follow that street straight all the way to the end and then left again and after 350m you will see a house on the left.
The friendly owners are available to guests whenever they need something. The accommodation exudes freshness and cleanliness, so it is certainly suitable for couples, but also for families because there is a children's playground next to it.
