Mama Kitsa is a newly built, modernly equipped accommodation, near the city beach, at the crossing between old and new Sarti. Since it has a small number of accommodation units, it is an ideal choice for families and couples who value privacy.
The beach is only 20m away, and there are numerous markets and bakeries nearby, while the town center is 400m away.
It has a total of five accommodation units on the upper ground floor, namely three three-bed studios and one five-bed apartment.
Three-bed studios have one double bed and one bed for one person or a fold-out armchair. The kitchens are equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with two hotplates, a kettle, a toaster and the necessary dishes. In the bathroom, the tiles are surrounded by a glass partition. One studio has a partial view of the sea and the street, while the other overlooks the street. Also, one studio has an entrance from the balcony.
The five-bed duplex apartment has a double bed in one bedroom, and one double bed and one single bed in the other. In the kitchen there is a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with two hotplates, a kettle, a toaster and the necessary dishes. The bathroom has a walk-in shower (tiles only).
All accommodation units have a private balcony with table and chairs, as well as air conditioning, TV, internet, mosquito nets and hair dryer. If necessary, the owners can provide a cot for babies. The cleaning of accommodation units, as well as the exchange of towels, is done halfway through the stay.
There is no private parking, but guests can park in the large public parking lot in front of the accommodation.
Coming from the direction of Vourvuru, turn left at the Fact club, then take the first street on the right and drive it all the way to the end. The street then leads to the left, continue there straight and after the second turn to the right you will come across this accommodation, which is located on the very corner across from the parking lot.
Mama Kitsa is an excellent choice if you want to spend your vacation in modern accommodation close to the beach.
