House Maria is located just 70m from the sandy beach in Sarti. It is located in a quiet location, but within walking distance from the city center, so it is an ideal accommodation for families with children.
The bakery is located 80m from the accommodation, and there is a market right across the street, and there are taverns even closer. The town center is about 300m away.
Maria House has ten three-bed studios (25m2) with one double bed and one single bed each. There are also two four-bed studios (30m2) with a partial sea view, one French and two single beds. In addition to studios, there are also three apartments on offer. One is a four-bed room (30m2), in the bedroom there is one double bed and one single bed, and in the living room with the kitchen there is another single bed. The other two apartments have five beds, one is 35m2 and the other is 60m2. The five-bed apartment of 35m2 is located on the first floor, has one double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room with the kitchen there is one sofa for one person and two single beds. The second five-bed apartment of 60m2 is located on the second floor and has a double bed in the bedroom, and one double and one single bed in the living room with kitchen.
Accommodation units have internet, air conditioning, TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower area and curtain, mosquito nets and hair dryer. In the apartments and the four-bed studio, in addition to the two hotplates, there is also an oven in the kitchen. Bed linen and towels are changed every 4-5 days.
There is no yard. Private parking is provided for guests, but there may not be enough space for all cars. You can certainly park in the public parking lot, which is 150m from the house.
When you reach the public car park in Sarti, continue south towards the new area. After passing the Belissimo bakery on the right, turn into the first street on the right and after a few meters you will see a house on the left.
Maria House is an excellent choice for both families with children and couples. The owners are very helpful and friendly, and the house exudes a warm and pleasant atmosphere, so you will certainly not go wrong if you choose this accommodation.
