Accommodation Marita House is located only 60m from the sandy beach in Sarti. In the immediate vicinity is everything necessary for a family on vacation. The accommodation is more modest, but in an excellent location.
There is a supermarket right next to the accommodation, and one of the best bakeries in town is across the street from it. Taverns are nearby, and the town center is about 300m from the accommodation.
There are eleven accommodation units in total: eight studios and three apartments.
Four studios (no. 2, 3, 4, 5) are located on the upper ground floor, and four (no. 6, 7, 8 and 9) are on the first floor. The studios are equipped with a double bed and one single bed. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Study no. 2, 3, 8 and 9 have a side view of the sea, studios no. 4 and 5 have a view of the street, and no. 6 and 7 have a view of the mountain.
Apartment no. 1 has a double bed in each bedroom and a separate kitchen, and apartment no. 10 in the bedroom and in the room with the kitchen there is a double bed and a single bed each. The bathroom of both apartments has a shower cabin. Apartment no. 1 is located on the high ground floor and overlooks the street, and apartment no. 10 is located on the first floor and has a side view of the sea.
Apartment No. 11, located on the second floor, has one double bed each in the bedroom and in the room with the kitchen. In the bathroom, the shower is surrounded by a glass screen.
All accommodation units have TV, internet, mosquito nets, kitchen and terrace. The kitchen is standard equipped, has a stove and a small refrigerator. The use of air conditioning is extra. Towels and bed linen are changed every five days. Laundry service is available for an additional fee.
The yard is hidden from noise because it is inside the building. It is a real small oasis of peace and greenery. There is no private parking, but there is a public parking lot in front.
Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, when you enter Sarti, opposite Villa Doxa (which is on the right) there is a turnoff to the soccer field. Turn into that street, then the second one on the left, then the fourth one on the right and right at the beginning you will see a house on the left. It is clearly marked, so you will definitely not miss it.
