In Sarti, in a quiet location, with a spacious yard, swimming pool and toys for children, is the house Michalis. It is ideal for all those who want to enjoy peace and quiet, while still having everything close to them.
The house is located above the highway, 450m from the beach. The nearest market is 550m from the accommodation, and the town center is about 1km away.
These are ordinary studios, renovated studios and deluxe studios, located on the ground floor and on the first floor, and renovated apartments on the first floor.
Ordinary studios have three beds (3 Bed Studio) or four beds (4 Bed Studio). There are a total of 6 triple rooms, four of which are located on the ground floor and two on the first floor. They have one double bed and one single bed and can host up to 3 people, a maximum of 3 adults. There are a total of 8 four-bed ordinary studios, three of which are located on the ground floor and five on the first floor. They have one double bed and bunk beds. They can host up to 4 people, maximum 4 adults.
Renovated studios have four beds (4 Bed Studio, Renovated) or five beds (5 Bed Studio, Renovated). There are a total of 4 renovated four-bed studios, two of which are located on the ground floor and two on the first floor. They have a double bed and bunk beds. They can host up to 4 people, maximum 4 adults. One on the first floor is smaller than the other three. There are a total of two five-bed renovated studios, both located on the ground floor. They have one double bed, bunk beds and a sofa for two (children up to 12 years old). They can host up to 5 people, a maximum of 5 adults.
The deluxe studio has five beds (5 Bed Studio, Deluxe) and is located on the first floor. It is available as a three-bed and four-bed room. Five-bed deluxe studio has a double bed, two single beds and a sofa for one person. It can accommodate up to 5 people, maximum 4 adults.
Renovated apartments are apartments with two bedrooms (2 Bedroom Apartment, Renovated). There are two of them in total and they are located on the first floor. One is equipped with a double bed in one bedroom, while the other bedroom has a single bed and bunk beds. The second suite has two French beds and a pull-out bed under one of them.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, internet, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. In the kitchen there is a stove with two hotplates and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, while in the bathroom there is a shower cabin in the deluxe studio, or a shower tub in all other types. There is a table, chairs and an awning on the terrace. The deluxe studio has a view of the sea from afar, while the others have a view towards the pool or the courtyard. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every five days. Pets are not allowed.
In the front part of the yard there is a swimming pool around which deckchairs, a bar, a shower, then a brick barbecue and a summerhouse, as well as toys for children, are placed. There is a private parking lot in the rear part of the yard.
Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, when you see Villa Doxa on the right, turn immediately to the right, onto an unpaved road. That road will lead you right to the house of Michalis.
