If you want to spend your vacation in decently equipped accommodation, close to the sandy beach in Sarti, Villa Pirofani may be a good choice for you. Since it is located in the part of Sarti where the beach is the most beautiful and with a long shallow, this accommodation has one of the best price-quality ratios.
It is located in the new part of Sarti, 100m away from the sandy city beach, and the nearest store is 200m away, while the center of Sarti with all its amenities is 1.5km away.
The accommodation has twelve accommodation units, i.e. nine three-bed and three four-bed studios, distributed on the ground floor, first and second floors.
Triple studios have one double bed and one single bed. Four studios are on the ground floor (No. 1, 2, 5 and 6), four on the first floor (No. 7, 8, 9 and 10) and one on the second floor (No. 12).
One four-bed studio on the ground floor (No. 3) has a double bed and two single beds, while the other four-bed studio on the ground floor (No. 4) has one double bed and a single bed and a sofa. The four-bed studio on the second floor (No. 11) has one double bed and bunk beds.
From the balcony of studio no. 1, 2, 3 and 8 have a view of the yard, studio no. 4, 5, 6, 9, 10 and 12 have a view of the street from the balcony, while the balcony of studio no. 7 and 11 partially see the sea. All balconies have a table and chairs.
The kitchens in all studios are identically equipped, they have a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with two hotplates and the necessary dishes. The bathrooms have been renovated and have a shower tub surrounded by a glass partition, except for the four-bed studio no. 11 which has a shower tub with a curtain. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, iron, hairdryer, internet, and the owners can provide a cot for the baby if necessary. Accommodation units are cleaned for three nights, and towels and bed linen are changed halfway through the stay.
The accommodation does not have private parking, but guests can park on the street in front of the accommodation. A barbecue is available in the small yard.
Coming from Vourvourou, at the end of Sarti take the last street on the left. The street is wide and unpaved in that part, so you will easily recognize it. Continue straight on that street to the end, turn right, then take the first street on the right and you will see this villa on your left.
