Just a few steps from the beach in new Sarti is the house Zoi Villa. It is ideal for couples because all the necessary amenities of this small place are nearby.
The beach is only 30m from the house, where there is also a Bel Air beach bar in the same ownership, and a bakery and a shop 50m away. The town center with the promenade and other amenities is 350m away.
