Opis smeštaja Aegean vila se nalazi u vrlo mirnom delu Potosa, ravnom i prepunom maslina, a do strogog centra vam je dovoljno nekoliko minuta lagane šetnje. Apartmani su vrlo komforni i čisti, a vlasnici, par iz Engleske, jako ljubazni i predusretljivi. Smeštaj je udaljen 400m od najužeg centra. Od plaže je udaljen 350m. Aegean Villas nudi sedam veoma prostranih apartmana. Najmanji je oko 40m2, a veći su 50m2. Svi su porodični i imaju jednu spavaću sobu i dnevnu sobu sa kuhinjom. U spavaćoj sobi je francuski ležaj, a u dnevnoj sobi jedna ili dve sofe na rasklapanje. Opis smeštaja Pinelopi studios se nalazi u centru Potosa i na samo par minuta hoda od plaže. U ponudi ima studije i apartman sa drvenim nameštajem, skroman je smeštaj i cene su jako povoljne. Nalazi se na jednoj od najboljih lokacija, u srcu Potosa, na korak od svega a zaštićena je od buke i saobraćaja. Gradska plaža u Potosu je udaljena 200m od smeštaja dok su supermarket i pekara na 30m. Kuća nije nova i studiji su skromni, opremljeni klasičnim drvenim nameštajem ali su veoma pristojni i čisti. U ponudi su tri studija (18-20m2) i dva apartmana. Tri studija su u visokom prizemlju, dok su apartmani na prvom spratu. Trokrevetni studio broj 3 (15m2) se nalazi u prizemlju i ima francuski i singl ležaj. Ima terasu sa prednje strane kuće sa pogledom na ulicu i dvorište. Blizina plaže i centra, ljubazni vlasnici i higijena na nivou, samo su neke od prednosti ovih studija. Vila Aithria se nalazi u užem centru, pored šetališta, na 150m od plaže . Vila je novije gradnje i raspolaže sa četiri smeštajne jedinice koji mogu ugostiti od dve do četiri osobe. Jedinice su raspoređene na prvom i drugom spratu. Jako su lepo i moderno uređene, sa kvalitetnim nameštajem i imaju prostrane terase. Nalazi se u mirnom delu, na 3-4 minuta od svih sadržaja koje ovaj gradić nudi i spada u kvalitetnije smeštajne objekte u Potosu. Villa Meandros is only 200 meters from the beach and 50 meters from the promenade, bakery, supermarket, shops, restaurants and everything Potos has to offer. It is one of the most sought-after accommodations in Potos, which offers duplex apartments, one two-bed, four three-bed and two four-bed studios. Duplex apartments for four people (30m2) are located on the ground floor or first floor and consist of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. Each bedroom has beds for two people. The apartment has a terrace, TV and air conditioning. Its maximum capacity is four people. It offers peace and quiet because it is outside the center. It is 650 meters from the city beach and 500 meters from the main intersection. The location is good, considering the proximity to the center, the beach, facilities for supply and entertainment, the proximity to the road, and yet it is not exposed to noise, because it is a few hundred meters away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are 9 studios and apartments available to tourists, each of which bears the name of one of the nine muses from Greek mythology. This is precisely why the building itself is called Muses. For reservations through our website, we offer two apartments and six studios. For the 2026 season, we also offer one double room (20m2, Superior), located in the attic. It differs from other units in that it does not have a kitchen, but a mini bar. It consists of a French bed, a spacious balcony and a bathroom with a shower cabin. Accommodation units on the ground floor and on the first floor are equipped with new, modern furniture, decorated with a lot of taste, details in the same tone. The balconies are extremely spacious, equipped with tables and chairs, as well as clothes dryers. On the higher floors, the view from the balcony is beautiful, and the sea can be seen over the roofs of the houses. Air conditioners, mosquito nets, iron, safe and TV are available in all accommodation units. WiFi (wireless) internet is available to guests. Villa Kalogeraki is located in the very center of Potos, on the main street that runs through the town, right next to the biggest supermarket, 50m from the central intersection near the amusement park. Its location is excellent - the very center, some 200m from the beach. The villa is recognizable by the fact that it is surrounded by greenery, palm trees and flowers. The yard is beautifully arranged with many types of flowers, flowering trees, greenery and shade. Balconies overlook either the main street or other buildings at the back of the villa. From the last (third floor) you can see the sea over the roofs. The furniture is classic, wooden. It is quite modest, but everything is clean and decent. The kitchens and bathrooms on the third floor have been renovated for the 2022 season. The accommodation has a total of 17 units, which are divided into three floors. On the first floor there are three double rooms without a kitchen, on the second floor eight double rooms also without a kitchen and on the third floor one apartment and five studios. Two studios on the third floor have a kitchen on the terrace that is used only by that unit, while the others have it within the room. The double rooms on the first and second floor are about 13 square meters in size and have French or two single beds, and in three rooms an extra bed for a smaller child can be added. Each room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony. The bathrooms in these units have not been renovated and have a shower without a curtain. There is a shared kitchen on both floors that guests can use. The common kitchen on the first floor has a stove with hotplates (the stove is not functional, only hotplates), a large refrigerator and dishes for preparing light meals, while the kitchen on the second floor has only a sink and dishes (plates, glasses, cups, etc.) and is not equipped for preparing meals. The owners can provide a kettle or a small hot plate for preparing Turkish coffee if guests request. On the third floor there are five studios and one apartment. Studio number 13 has four beds and is about 20 square meters. It has two single beds and one double bed, and the owners can insert an extra bed if necessary. The balcony overlooks the main street and the sea can be seen in the distance. Studios number 14 and 15 are the same - they have one double bed and one single. They are about 18 square meters in size. The balconies are slightly smaller in size than the corner balconies because they are in the middle, but there is enough seating for three people. The view is on the main street and in the distance on the sea. Apartment number 16 can accommodate up to four people and is about 30 square meters. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and two single beds in the living room. The kitchen has been renovated, but it has a large refrigerator that is a bit older and the owners plan to replace it for the next season. The balcony is angular and overlooks the main street and the sea in the distance. Studio number 17 is located at the back of the building and has a double bed. The size of this studio is about 15 square meters. The kitchen of this studio is located on the balcony and is used only by this unit. The refrigerator is within the room. This studio has a larger but narrower balcony and part of the balcony looks at the back of other buildings, while from the corner of the other part of the balcony you can see the sea in the distance. Studio number 18 is also located at the back of the building and has a double bed. An additional bed cannot be inserted into it. The size of this studio is about 15 square meters. The kitchen of this studio is located on the balcony and is used only by this unit. The refrigerator is within the room. This studio has a larger but narrower balcony and overlooks other properties at the back. All units on the third floor have a kitchenette with two hotplates and an electric kettle. All bathrooms on the third floor have a glass-enclosed shower All accommodation units within the complex have wireless internet, TV, air conditioning, safe and hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are provided, and cleaning and replacement is done once during the stay if the guests stay up to seven nights, and twice during the stay if they stay eight or more nights. This accommodation does not have its own private parking, but a large private parking is available next to it, which is paid 3e, upon entry. The villa can be an excellent choice because it is located in the very center of the town, close to all amenities, promenades, shops, souvenir shops, restaurants, the amusement park and of course the beach.

Studios Asteria is a newly renovated facility in Potos, with a very nicely decorated yard and swimming pool, a good restaurant and modern studios. It is accommodation in a quiet location where you will surely enjoy your vacation. It is located 800 meters from the central intersection, along the road leading to Theologos. It is 900 meters from the city beach. All studios have been renovated for the 2018 season. There are a total of ten studios on offer, which are spread over two facilities. In the first building, four are located on the ground floor and four on the first floor (they can be for two, three or four people). Two more studios are located in the building near the pool, on the ground floor (the building where the kitchen is also located). Studios on the ground floor have one double bed narrower than standard and two single beds. Two studios are located at the back of the house and have access to the yard, while the studio at the front has a view of the street. The studios on the first floor have a view of the mountain, the sea and the street. Two studios have a French bed narrower than standard and two single beds. These two studios are ideal for families with children. The other two have a narrower than standard double bed and one single bed. All studios are spacious, the area is about 25m2. They have a kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets and a terrace or sitting area in front of the entrance. The kitchens are properly equipped. There is a 2-burner stove, a hood and a medium-sized refrigerator with a smaller ice compartment. All necessary utensils are provided. WiFi (wireless) internet is available to guests. Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen is for 3 days. Cleaning supplies are available to guests in each room if they want to take care of hygiene themselves. The yard is extremely spacious and very nicely decorated. It is paved, there are tables and benches under a canopy, a brick barbecue and a water fountain. There is also a swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas available to guests, as well as a shower room and a toilet in the yard. There is also a large playground for children with a slide and swings. The parking space in the shade is located across the street, a few meters before the accommodation, you will see it on the left side of the street. When you reach the central intersection in Potoss from the direction of Limenaria, turn left towards Theologos and after 800m drive you will see Villa Asteria on the right side of the street. Villa Asteria is an excellent choice if you want to be removed from the city and the biggest crowds, in accommodation with a very large and beautiful yard, and yet be in the center of town, on the promenade, in about 10 minutes' walk.
