Anneta Studios is located in an excellent location - just 200m from the center of Sivote and about 1km from the beaches of Galikos Molos and Bela Vraka (https://nikana.gr/sr/vodic/epir/plaze/2521/plaze-u-okolini-sivote). What sets this accommodation apart is the spacious, beautifully landscaped yard full of Mediterranean plants and flowers, which is why it is particularly suitable for families with children.
The nearest shop and bakery are only 200m away.
All accommodation units have a separate entrance.
The double room (25m2) has one double bed, and the four-bed studios (40m2) have one double bed on the gallery and two single beds on the ground floor. The three-bed apartment has a double bed and a couch for one person.
All apartments and studios are air-conditioned and have TV, wireless internet, equipped kitchen (mini stove with oven, fridge, extractor fan, electric kettle) and bathroom. The exception is the double room, which has a stove with two hotplates outside the room - enough for preparing light meals. The three-bed apartment has two terraces, while the other units offer fenced verandas with a view of the yard and greenery.
Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every fourth day. A washing machine is also available, at no extra charge.
In the spacious yard, full of flowers and shade, there is a summer house with a barbecue, seating and a playground for children.
Guests are also provided with private parking.
