Charoula's Apartments is located in the seaside resort of Sivota, on the Ionian coast, and is a peaceful retreat for guests seeking relaxation, silence and exceptional views of the bay of Sivota and the surrounding islands. This family accommodation is located on a hill, surrounded by olive groves and Mediterranean greenery, providing complete peace away from the noise, and at the same time it is only a few minutes' drive from the town center with the port, promenade and beaches. Special advantages of accommodation are panoramic views from the balconies of all units, spacious and comfortable apartments and the hospitality of the owners. The nearest beach is about 900 meters away, and the location of the accommodation allows easy access to the most beautiful beaches in the area.

We offer six modern and functionally organized accommodation units: two two-room apartments, three one-room apartments and one studio. On the second floor there are one two-room apartment, one studio and one one-room apartment, all organized on two levels and with a sea view. On the first floor are the remaining two-room apartment and two one-room apartments, suitable for guests who prefer lower floors. Two-room apartments can host up to six people, i.e. up to four adults, and are suitable for larger families or groups of friends. Two one-room apartments are intended for up to two adults, while the third can accommodate two adults and two children under 14 years of age. The studio is suitable for two adults and one child under 14 years old. In the two-room apartments, each bedroom has a double bed, except for one where the second room has two single beds that can be joined, while the living room has a sofa bed for two adults. One of the one-bedroom apartments has a double bed and bunk beds in the kitchen area, while the others have double beds. The studio has two joined single beds and a sofa bed for a child under 14 years old.

Upon request, it is possible to get a baby cot at no extra charge.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, and the use of air-conditioning is included in the price. Each unit has at least one air conditioner in the bedroom or sleeping area, while multi-bedroom units have an additional air conditioner, and one apartment has an additional air conditioner in the kitchen with an open sleeping area. Fans and heaters are also available for stays outside the main season. Internet is available throughout the facility, and all units have Smart TV. The kitchens are fully equipped and contain two ceramic hotplates, a refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster and the necessary utensils for preparing light meals. The two-room apartments have large refrigerators with freezers, while the other units have standard refrigerators with freezer compartments. Hair dryers, irons and clothes dryers are also available to guests, and laundry service is available free of charge.

Each accommodation unit has a balcony with an exceptional view of the sea, the marina and the landscape of Sivota. The balconies are spacious and equipped with seating, suitable for morning coffee or evening relaxation with the sunset. For added security, the balcony railings have locking mechanisms. On the ground floor there is a common fenced terrace available to all guests, while between the floors there is a large common balcony intended for use during the day. The landscaped and fenced yard is full of greenery, and there is also a summer house in the shade. Guests have access to a communal grill and a large oven, as well as a covered area for outdoor dining.

The stay of pets is allowed without extra charge, with prior notice to the owners.

Accommodation units are cleaned daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. The cleaning service is included in the price of the stay.

The accommodation has private parking for six vehicles, which is located in front of the fenced yard and is available to guests at no extra charge.

Charoula's Apartments stand out with an exceptional view of the sea and the bay of Sivote, especially at sunset. The nearest beach, Galikos Molos, is about 900 m away, while Bella Vraka and Karvouno are about 2 km away. The town of Parga is approximately 30 km away, and Igoumenitsa is approximately 25 km away. The nearest airport is Aktion International Airport, about 90 km away.
