Villa Sissy Studios & Apartments is located in the small and picturesque town of Sivota, on the Ionian coast, in the Epirus region. The accommodation is about 350 meters from Megali Ammos beach, while the central square and the port are about three kilometers away.
The building has a specific, cascade construction and has four studios and three apartments, which can host from three to five people.
Studio number 3 is located on the ground floor and is designed for up to four people. It is equipped with one double and two single beds and has a view of the courtyard.
Apartment number 4 is located on the first floor and can accommodate four people. There are two single beds in the kitchen area, while the bedroom has a double bed. The apartment has a view of the courtyard.
Apartment number 5 is located on the first floor, has a view of the sea and is intended for the stay of two adults and two children. It is equipped with a double bed and bunk beds.
Studio number 6 is located on the first floor, has a view of the courtyard and consists of one double and one single bed, with a maximum capacity of three people.
Apartment number 7 is located on the first floor, has a view of the yard and has a bedroom with a double bed and a kitchen area with two single beds. With an extra bed, it is possible to accommodate one more person.
Studios number 8 and 9 are located in the attic, have a view of the sea and are equipped with one double and two single beds.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi internet and a hair dryer. The kitchens have a large fridge freezer or a smaller fridge freezer, as well as a two-burner stove and a small oven.
On request and with an additional charge, it is possible to provide a baby cot.
Depending on the number of floors, guests can use the balcony or veranda, equipped with seating, with a view of the yard, the mountain or the sea.
A fenced and beautifully decorated yard, rich in greenery and flowers, offers guests the opportunity to use the grill and stay outdoors in a pleasant environment.
The stay of pets is allowed with prior agreement with the owners.
Cleaning of accommodation units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done twice a week.
Guests are provided with free parking, which is located right next to the main entrance to the facility.
