Aniez Villa is located in Skala Kallirachi, in a peaceful and natural environment, 350m from the sandy beach and the town center where there are restaurants and cafes, and a supermarket and a pharmacy are nearby.
The villa was renovated in 2024 and is spread over two levels. On the lower level there is a living room with dining room and kitchen, as well as a bathroom. On the upper level, in the attic, there are two bedrooms and a toilet. Each room is equipped with one double bed. There are two sofas in the living room, so the total accommodation capacity of the villa is up to six people.
The facility is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet, TV, hair dryer and mosquito nets. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped - there is a large fridge with freezer, four hotplates, a microwave oven, a large oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
There is a table and chairs on the veranda, and the yard is fenced and nicely landscaped. Olive trees provide coolness and a pleasant atmosphere during the summer. A brick barbecue is also available to guests.
Private parking is provided. Pets are welcome with prior agreement, and the surcharge is determined depending on the situation
There is a mandatory final cleaning fee for each reservation. Additional sets of towels and bed linen, as well as additional cleaning services, can be provided upon request.
