The Pine Beach House is - you guessed it - a house next to a pine-covered beach.
You will love the mix of green and blue colors in the surroundings thanks to the lush landscape of olive groves nearby, the charming garden of the estate, the view of the mountains behind and the emerald waters in front.
Crystal clear water, pine trees, a pebble beach, lush vegetation and a private house with a natural climate: the ideal recipe for a peaceful and relaxing vacation that you will remember for a long time!
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen.
On the west side (toward the beach) there is an outdoor seating area with a wooden roof that gives you deep shade.
From there you can enjoy a spectacular view of the local pebbly beach. You can even hear the sounds of the waves hitting the shore. However, what you will enjoy the most is the feeling of the fresh Aegean breeze on your face.
No matter how hot the day is, you won't feel it in this seating area. You might even need a jacket at times! It's so pleasantly fresh!
If lying in the shade under our wooden roof is not enough for you, you only need to walk another 4 meters to the pine-shaded beach. There, under the natural shade of the pines, is a completely different season; the temperature reminds you more of spring than summer.
Here you will never have to worry about the heat. The fresh Aegean breeze and the shade of pine trees create the perfect atmosphere to enjoy a fantastic summer vacation.
You'll be surprised how cool the house is, even when it's 40 degrees. And to be sure, although you won't need it, there is a ceiling fan in every room!
And if that's not enough, the crystal clear sea is only 2 meters away. Dive, swim or snorkel in our rich waters.
