Summer Rooms is located in Skala Sotiros, 130m from the nearest beach. We offer rooms with a shared kitchen and a beautiful view of the sea or the mountains in the hinterland. The villa is affordable and in a good location.
The sandy beach in the center is about 400m away. There are shops and a butcher, while a bakery is about 50m from the villa.
The building was built in 1993. We offer three double and three triple rooms with an area of about 14m2.
On the first floor (high ground floor) there are two double rooms with two single beds and one triple room that overlooks the mountain and olive groves and has a double bed and a single bed. The double units face the front of the house. On each floor there is an equipped common kitchen with a stove and a kettle.
On the second floor, there are two triple rooms with a French bed and a single bed and one double room with two single beds. It and another triple room overlook the sea, while the second triple room has a view of the mountain.
All rooms have air conditioning, television, mosquito nets and a small refrigerator. It is not possible to add an extra bed or baby cot. The bathroom has a shower tub with a curtain. Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning is daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days.
A parking space is provided for all guests of the accommodation.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn left into the street after the store with mattresses and water tires, 350m after the port. Continue straight for another 100m and turn right at the third turn onto the dirt road, where you will see the villa.
