Accommodation A.D.K. Maison Apartment is located in Skala Marijes, located right next to the sea coast. It is 70 meters from the sandy Atspas beach, known for its long shallows. The town center, where most of the taverns and the city beach are located, is 500 meters away, while the nearest shop is located on the same street, at a distance of 90 meters from the accommodation itself.

This is a newly built and elegantly decorated two bedroom apartment spread over two levels. The entrance to the building is located on the high ground floor, which is reached by 13 steps, and the apartment has a terrace that offers a direct view of the sea. The accommodation capacity is intended for the stay of up to six adults and one child.
Layout of rooms
On the lower level there is a living room with a kitchen and a dining room, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa suitable for sleeping two people. The upper level is separated by a door and there is a second bedroom equipped with two single beds and a sofa bed for a child.
Equipment and facilities
The apartment has three air conditioners, TV, internet access, washing machine, hair dryer and mosquito nets. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large fridge-freezer, four-burner oven, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Guests have at their disposal a spacious terrace with a table, chairs and their own barbecue, which offers a view of the sea and the sunset.
Additional information
The cleaning of the accommodation, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done every third day. Pets are allowed only on request and with prior agreement. Guests usually park their vehicles in front of the building itself or along the street where the accommodation is located. This modernly equipped accommodation is suitable for larger families or groups who want to be close to the beach and all necessary amenities.
