Eleni Villa is located in the very center of Skala Maries, just 50m from the city beach and all facilities. It is decent and affordable accommodation with nicely furnished and clean studios.
In addition to the city beach, there are two more beaches near the villa, both of which are sandy. One is the Sunset beach (Platanes) at about 200m from the villa, and the other is the famous Atspas beach at 650m from the villa.
The building was renovated in 2014. There are six studios on offer that have an area between 20-28m2 and are distributed on the first and second floors. From the front of the house, they are the first and second floors, and from the back are the ground floor and the first.
There are three studios on the second floor. One is a four-bed room with a sea view, a French bed and a sofa bed. The second is a double studio with a French bed. This is the smallest accommodation unit, but it has the largest terrace with a view of the sea. On this floor, there is another four-bed studio with a double bed and a sofa bed, but it has a view from the other side of the house, towards the yard, and does not have a classic terrace because it has a kitchen.
The remaining three studios are located on the first floor that leads to the courtyard. The largest studio (number 3) is located at the back of the house, opens onto the yard and does not have a separate terrace. It has one double bed and a pull-out sofa, and an extra bed can be added if necessary. The other two accommodation units have a partial view of the sea, a small and narrow terrace and a double bed with an armchair or a sofa bed.
Studio number 1 is a four-bed room, located on the first floor at the front of the house. Studio number 2 is a three bed room and is also located on the first floor at the front of the house. Studio number 3 can accommodate up to five people, it is located on the ground floor and overlooks the courtyard. Studio number 4 is a four-bed room and is located on the second floor and has a view of the sea, as well as studio number 5, which is a two-bed room. Studio 6 is also located on the second floor but at the back of the house and has a kitchen on the terrace.
All units have air conditioning, TV, bathroom, safe, refrigerator, hair dryer, satellite channels and iron, while the equipped kitchen has an electric jug, toaster and coffee maker. Free wireless internet signal is available to all guests.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
The villa has a small paved yard behind the house with a swing and a slide for children.
The villa does not have private parking, but guests can park on the street next to the property.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, after entering the town and reaching the city beach, turn left next to the Armeno restaurant and drive about 50m uphill, after which you will see Villa Eleni on your left.
If you want decent accommodation in Skala Maries, Eleni Villa can be a good choice. It is a small place ideal for a vacation as well as a good base for visiting the rest of the island.
