Villa Ioanna is located in the center of the fishing village of Skala Marijes, in the south of the island. It is just a step away from the beach and all the facilities that this place has to offer, so it has a great location. We offer a comfortable duplex apartment that can accommodate up to six people.
Ioanna is located 20m from the city beach and the city center.
Only the first floor, which is occupied by one fully equipped apartment, is available for online booking. It has stylish furniture made of quality wood. In addition to the bedrooms, there is also a living room with a sofa bed, from which a sliding door separates a very large and well-equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine and dishwasher. Within the accommodation unit there is one bathroom with a glass-lined bathtub.
There are two living rooms in this accommodation. One bedroom has a French bed and an unfenced terrace by the front door, and the other has a single bed with a pull-out drawer and a separate balcony. There is also one sofa bed for two people. The terrace that is accessed from the living room has a side view of the sea and the city beach and is ideal for drinking the first morning coffee.
Wireless internet signal is provided to apartment guests. There is also a hair dryer and an iron in the apartment.
Towels and bed linen are changed every four days, while the guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the apartment.
You can find a parking space on the street in front of the accommodation.
Villa Ioanna has a great location. It is located about 20 meters from the city beach, besides which there are two other very beautiful beaches in this place - Atspas and Sunset beach. In the center there is a supermarket, a promenade and very good taverns with fresh seafood, a pharmacy and a bakery.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, after you reach the city beach in the center of town, turn into the first street on the left before the mini-market, near the Cavo D'Oro tavern. At the very beginning of the street, you will see on your right a two-story family house, Villa Ioanna.
The town of Skala Maries is small and quiet with good beaches on the edges and even better sunsets. When you want a little more crowd, Limenaria is located at a distance of 7 km, while it is 11 km to Potos.
