Maistrali Studios is located in the south-west of the island of Thassos, in Skala Maries, in the immediate vicinity of the beach, the center itself and all related facilities. The accommodation is about 240 meters from the town center, the nearest market and the nearest beach.
The facility has a total of ten studios spread over three levels - high ground floor, first and second floor - and can accommodate two to three people. On the high ground floor there are two studios of 16 m² with a view of the courtyard and a partial view of the sea. They are equipped with a double bed and have a private veranda for sitting, which is partitioned so that each studio has its own separate area.
On the first floor, there are four studios with an area of 16 m². Two studios face directly to the sea and have a double bed. The other two studios are oriented towards the street; one has a double bed, while the other contains two joined single beds and an additional bed for a third person, more precisely a child. The second floor has the same structure and equipment as the first floor. Studios with sea and street views have standard balconies.
All units are equipped with wireless internet, TV, air conditioning, safe, hairdryer and mosquito nets. The kitchen is intended exclusively for the preparation of light meals and contains a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment. At the request of the guests, a baby cot is available, which can be placed in the studios with two single beds facing the street.
Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days. The property's yard is landscaped, maintained and fenced, with a shared covered balcony containing a large table and chairs. There is no private parking, but guests can park their vehicles in front of the accommodation or in nearby streets.
