Maraki Apartments is located in the center of Skala Maries and offers guests two spacious and beautifully decorated apartments with a sea view. The accommodation is fully equipped and is located close to the city beach, while the popular Atspas is also nearby.
The villa is located in the center of the town, at a distance of 50m from the city beach, shops, pharmacies and taverns, while the bakery is about a hundred meters away.
We offer two duplex apartments. One is located on the first and one on the second floor and they have an area of 78m2. Both units have a partial view of the sea, because the building is not located in the first row to the beach.
5 Bed Apartment, First Floor is located on the first floor and one bedroom has a double bed, while the other is separated by a sliding door and has one standard and one smaller double bed. The bathroom is older and has a bathtub. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. It has a large fridge and a stove.
5 Bed Apartment, Second Floor is located on the second floor. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has a smaller double bed. There is one single bed in the living room. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped and is located in the living room. It has a stove, a large refrigerator, a coffee machine and a kettle, and only this apartment has a grill on the terrace.
There is no possibility of inserting an extra bed in any apartment.
Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are done every three days.
The accommodation does not have private parking, but guests can leave their vehicles in the nearby streets.
Coming from Prinos, turn off at the first turn for Skala Maries. Drive straight to the city center and the city beach. At the Cavo D'oro tavern, turn left and you will see the Maraki accommodation on the left side of the road, just after the private parking lot.
The villa is a good choice for all those looking for accommodation in the city center, close to the beach.
